6.2. Service disturbance may occur due to servers maintenance or hacking attempts on our servers
6.3. Some third parties take time to activate and renew your services
7. Products
7.1. Delays can occur in production due:
7.1.1. Emergency maintenance of machines
7.1.2. Missing materials
8. Email
8.1. There is a 50 outgoing email hourly limit per website.
8.2. It's not allowed to use our services to send Spam, Scam, and Bulk emails.
9. Support
9.1. We do provide free technical support via e-mail only at the moment.
9.2. Our response may take up to 48 Hours.
9.3. Our response may be delayed over 48 hours if we are relying on third-party services that are involved with your services.
10. Renewal Services
10.1. We will suspend your services 5 days before renewed by us because we are dealing with third parties, and when the payment is delayed for these third-party providers then they will cancel your services completely, we work in this way for keeping the quality of the services.
11. Transfer
11.1. If you do not want us to serve your services
11.1.1. You can transfer the domain names only to another company.
11.1.2. You can get copies of your services content and reports in standards formats
11.1.3. You cannot transfer anything from our designed site as we use our core template in our services and if passed on to another company could be duplicated or hacked!
12. Cancellations and Refunds
12.1. All of our services are cancelable
12.2. Some services are non-refundable when you purchase any services that may be linked to the services by a third party we pay them for their services, and some of their services are non-refundable.
